Esther Walker – Leadership Change Consultancy & Education

Effective Date: October 2025

This policy outlines our approach to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds across consultancy, education, and retreat services. It is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and mutual respect for time, energy, and commitment.

1. Consultancy & Education Services

  • Fees for consultancy sessions, programmes, and educational services are non-refundable once work has commenced, as all engagements are bespoke and time is reserved exclusively for the client.
  • Individual paid sessions may be rescheduled once with a  minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice  will be treated as a cancellation.

2. Retreats

  • All retreat deposits are non-refundable under all  circumstances, as they secure accommodation, facilitation, and venue commitments.
  • Cancellations made more than eight (8) weeks before the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the balance paid,  excluding the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within eight (8) weeks of the retreat start date are non-refundable.
  • Retreat places may be transferred to another participant with prior written consent from Esther Walker Leadership Change Consultancy & Education.

3. Rescheduling by the Company

In the unlikely event that a programme, session, or retreat must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness, venue disruption, or insufficient participant numbers), clients will be offered either:

  • An alternative date, or
  • A credit towards future services of equal value.

No cash refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

4. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session, programme, or retreat without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation.

No refund or rescheduling option will be offered in such cases.

Esther Walker – Leadership Change Consultancy & Education

Effective Date: October 2025

At Esther Walker Leadership Change Consultancy & Education, we are committed to creating environments that are respectful, supportive, and inclusive.

We welcome participation from people of all ages, races, ethnicities, disabilities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities across our consultancy, education, and leadership programmes.

Our work honours human diversity, fosters equality of opportunity, and supports leadership that reflects the full richness, complexity, and dignity of humanity.

Women-Only Offerings

Certain offerings — including RISE™ for Female Leaders and selected Springfield Sanctuary Retreats — are intentionally created as women-only spaces.

These programmes are grounded in the lived experiences of biological women and are designed to provide safe, focused environments for exploring feminine leadership, wellbeing, embodiment, and restoration. They are held with care, respect, and integrity, and operate lawfully under the relevant exemptions permitted by UK equality legislation.

Inclusive by Design

These women-only offerings exist alongside a wide range of fully inclusive consultancy, education, and leadership programmes that are open to people of all genders.

Together, this approach ensures:

  • the preservation of safe, dedicated spaces where specific lived experiences can be honoured, and
  • the accessibility of inclusive, mixed-gender opportunities across all other services.

Our commitment is simple:

to serve humanity with integrity, care, and respect — while creating the right conditions for every person to engage in the work that best supports their leadership, wellbeing, and contribution.
