Leadership formation beyond one-size-fits-all models

leadership education

This stream represents the educational development of The Psychology of Being™ — translating lived leadership experience into a coherent body of learning for the next generation of leaders.


Rather than generic workshops or surface-level training, this work is being developed as a modular, adaptable curriculum designed to meet leaders, teams, and institutions where they actually are.


At its core is the creation of a 13-module leadership framework, grounded in:


  • human development
  • systems thinking
  • ethics and responsibility
  • conscious, relational leadership


Over time, these modules are intended to form:


  • academic teaching material
  • leadership formation pathways
  • tailored learning journeys for complex organisations


This work is currently in development.


The focus at this stage is on building depth, integrity, and coherence — not mass delivery.

Pilot Collaborations

As part of the development of Education for a New Era, a small number of pilot collaborations are being shaped with organisations, councils, and institutions operating under real-world pressure.


These pilots are designed to:


  • explore new ways of developing leadership capacity
  • test elements of the emerging curriculum in practice
  • support leaders navigating complexity, responsibility, and systemic strain
  • contribute learning back into the evolution of the educational framework


Pilot work is selective and collaborative.


It is not a training rollout, but a shared inquiry

— combining lived leadership challenges with reflective learning, systems thinking, and ethical leadership practice.


Organisations participating as pilots help:


  • future academic modules
  • leadership formation pathways
  • and applied models of conscious leadership suitable for institutional contexts
