DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT

At Esther Walker Leadership Change Consultancy & Education, we are committed to creating environments that are respectful, supportive, and inclusive for all.

Our programmes are designed to honour diversity, foster equality of opportunity, and cultivate leadership that reflects the richness of humanity.

Certain offerings — including RISE for Female Leaders and selected Springfield Sanctuary Retreats — are intentionally created as women-only spaces.

These are grounded in the lived experiences of biological women and are dedicated to reconnecting women to their natural rhythm, cycle, and leadership essence.

These offerings exist alongside fully inclusive programmes, ensuring both the preservation of safe, sacred women’s circles and the accessibility of mixed-gender opportunities across all other services.
