The Psychology of Being™


A Complete Education for Wholeness

The Psychology of Being is a new body of thought that bridges philosophy, psychology, and systems science. It defines a complete theory of human and organisational behaviour based on coherence, consciousness, and relational intelligence. 


 At the heart lies The 144 Codex, a spiral of universal laws that map the journey from separation to unity - for individuals, teams, organisations, and society.  


At its core, it proposes that fragmentation - within the self or within systems - is the root cause of dysfunction, while restored wholeness enables clarity, innovation, and wellbeing. 


This psychology unites inner development with organisational design, offering both: 


  • a framework of understanding (The 144 Codex™), and
  • a method of transformation (The I-ACE Method™).


Like other recognised schools of psychology, it is both theoretical and applied: grounded in lived observation, designed for measurable change, and aligned with emerging disciplines such as integrative leadership, consciousness studies, and eco-psychology. 


The Psychology of Being therefore stands as a new integrative psychology - one that restores balance, coherence, and unity across self, society and system. 

Everything is relationship

relationship is wholeness. wholeness is leadership.

When leaders are whole, they lead whole teams, build whole organisations, and create lasting success that benefits people, business and the world. 


This is more than theory. It is a map for real transformation:


  • From fragmentation to coherence.


  • From fear to stewardship.


  • From individual striving for success to collective thriving.

At its deepest truth, leadership is stewardship. 


It is not about control or extraction, but about care and remembering that wholeness begins in relationship with the Earth that sustains us.


This vision is grounded in two streams of wisdom: 



1. The Footprint Trilogy — Freedom · Liberation · Reverence


  • Freedom – from separation and control.
  • Liberation – transforming pain into wisdom and growth.
  • Reverence – honouring all life as sacred.


2. The Three Agreements — Receptivity · Reciprocity · Respect


  • Receptivity – listening deeply and allowing ourselves to be changed by what life reveals.
  • Reciprocity – giving back in gratitude, restoring balance, sustaining the cycle of life.
  • Respect – safeguarding beings, honouring wisdom, recognising dignity and rights.


When these threads are woven together, leadership becomes ecological, spiritual, and relational — a practice of walking with reverence.

the ROSETTA STONE OF THE PSYCHOLOGY OF BEING

A TRANSLATIONAL BRIDGE of understanding

The world needs a Rosetta right now. 


We live in a time where the core domains of human life no longer speak the same language: 


  • Governance cannot speak to spirituality.
  • Spirituality cannot speak to policy.
  • Policy cannot speak to wellbeing.
  • Wellbeing cannot speak to law.
  • Law cannot speak to land.
  • Land cannot speak to leadership. 


The result is fragmentation. 


The original Rosetta Stone, discovered in Egypt in 1799, carried a single message written in three scripts – hieroglyphic, demotic, and ancient Greek. Because scholars could already read Greek, the stone became the key that unlocked the lost language of Egyptian hieroglyphs.


In historical terms, its power was not simply linguistic  –  it was a translator between worlds:


• between sacred and everyday language

• between lived life and administrative logic

• between a civilisation and its future interpreters


The Psychology of Being™ adopts the Rosetta Stone as its scholarly metaphor for the essential work of our time. To reconnect the inner, the social and the systemic: 


1. Inner experience – consciousness, psychology, and the lived reality of being human.

2. Social and civic life – leadership, organisations, and the cultures we create together.

3. Systemic and planetary context – law, land, and the wider ecological and economic frameworks we inhabit.


A body of work that allows insight, language, and practice to move coherently between law, land, and leadership – so that what is true in one domain can be understood, tested, and applied in the others.

the living currents that shape consciousness

At the foundation of the Codex flow three interdependent currents — Wholeness, Coherence, and Resonance — forming the living geometry known as The Codex Triangle.


Wholeness – The Return

The integrating current. 

Wholeness gathers of all parts into truthful presence - the remembering of what was never lost. In leadership, Wholeness is showing up as an undivided self — where purpose, action, and being flow as one continuum.


Coherence – The Alignment

The organising current.
Coherence is the rhythm that sustains Wholeness - the frequency of truth moving
through every decision, communication, and relationship.

It is what allows energy and information to flow freely across a system so that clarity replaces control and integrity replaces effort. 


Resonance – The Transmission

The radiating current.

Resonance is the field of influence that emerges from coherence. 

It is not persuasion; it is presence.— the natural transmission of integrity that awakens alignment in others.

This is leadership as frequency 


When these three currents converge, they generate the Fourth Light — Consciousness.

This is Conscious Leadership: where ethics, intelligence, and compassion operate as one living field.

 The Fourth Light is the moment when inner transformation becomes outer impact —

when personal coherence becomes collective change.


It is the point at which The Psychology of Being™ moves from self-awareness to service,

from personal healing to systemic stewardship,

from “I” to “We”.


In this light, the leader becomes a field:

their presence ripples into culture, teams, governance, and society itself.


The Fourth Light is the expression of the Codex in motion —

the birth of leadership that restores unity wherever it walks.


… and it is here that the work finds its true home in the very realm I care most deeply about: leadership.  

This is my footprint - the mark of my life's work,  the expression of my Codex, my light.  

It offers a way to lead with wisdom and unity, to dissolve division, and to return to wholeness.
