The Psychology of Being™ is not just a framework — it is a living system.


Where most leadership or psychology models are linear (like Maslow’s pyramid) or mechanical (inputs/outputs), The 144 Codex is circular and spiral. It mirrors natural law, ancient cosmology, and the lived rhythms of human growth. 


It unites spiritual law with organisational practice. Twelve spiritual laws have been translated into a universal, cross-context Codex.  A unique leadership model that weaves together frequency, coherence, reciprocity, wholeness, and practical corporate application into one structure.


The Codex is layered — working at the level of the individual, the team, the organisation, and society. Its holographic quality reflects nature’s truth: the pattern of the small is also the pattern of the whole.


It is infinite, not fixed. The Codex is not a static list but a ring system leaders walk repeatedly. Each return to the spiral deepens wisdom, clarity, and resilience.


It is also personal and planetary. This body of work carries my lived and channelled signature. It is both footprint and future — a system for leaders today, and a legacy for generations.

The 144 Codex of the Psychology of Being™ is an original contribution to the fields of leadership, psychology, and human development. Just as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs reframed psychology and Darwin’s theory of evolution reshaped biology, the Codex introduces a universal law system — one that unites personal and organisational wholeness.



The Codex is built from 12 Laws of the Art of Being, each expressed through 12 Codices, forming a spiral of 144 principles. Together, they map the journey of returning to wholeness: from self-identity, through relational balance, into systemic coherence, and ultimately into unity consciousness.


Where other models separate “leadership” from “being,” the Codex unites them. It teaches that:



  • We are nature — our psychology cannot be understood apart from Earth’s living systems.


  • We are energy — leadership leaves both material and energetic footprints, shaping culture and society.


  • We are whole — fragmentation breeds dysfunction, while coherence restores health, creativity, and sustainability.



This integration is new. While indigenous wisdom, ecological science, and spiritual traditions have long carried fragments of this truth, the Codex crystallises them into a usable, teachable framework for leaders, organisations, and communities.
