partnership & STUDY pathways

learn, lead, or partner in the psychology of being™

The Psychology of Being™ is now available through two routes of participation —  one for universities and institutes wishing to partner through the Sacred Commons model and one for individual students and organisations ready to study with the Leadership Integrity Academy.

⸻

1. Partnership Pathways under the Sacred Commons

The Psychology of Being™ is shared through the principle of no ownership, only stewardship.

To honour this, universities and professional institutes may choose between two complementary levels of collaboration — each designed to balance freedom, integrity, and impact.

⸻

1️⃣ Joint Delivery within Existing Programmes

For universities or academies wishing to integrate selected modules or teachings into their current curriculum.

In this model, The Psychology of Being™ is taught within your accredited degree or executive-education pathway, delivered jointly by your faculty and the CALLM Trustees as visiting lecturers or co-facilitators.

Ideal for:

• Integrating the 144 Codex™ or selected Laws into Leadership, Sustainability, or Psychology programmes

• Creating cross-disciplinary electives in Conscious Leadership or Systemic Wholeness

• Collaborative research or faculty exchanges

You retain full academic governance; we co-teach and ensure fidelity to the framework.

⸻

2️⃣ Licensed Co-Delivery as a Stand-Alone Programme

For institutions wishing to host or co-deliver the full 13-Module curriculum of The Psychology of Being™ under a joint-faculty arrangement.

In this model, the programme is offered as a distinct qualification — a Diploma, Post-Graduate Certificate, or Professional Fellowship — held within the Sacred Commons Trust, ensuring the wisdom remains protected yet freely taught.

Ideal for:

• Establishing a dedicated Centre for Conscious Leadership or Academy of Wholeness Studies

• Offering the full 13-Module pathway as an accredited study or professional training

• Expanding institutional impact through unity-based, inter-disciplinary education

You gain access to a proven curriculum and living teaching lineage; we retain authorship and guardianship of its integrity.

⸻

Shared Principles of the Sacred Commons Model:

Both partnership routes operate under the Sacred Commons Model, founded on:

• Co-Creation, not Control – wisdom flows through shared stewardship, not ownership.

• Integrity of Exchange  – financial, academic, and spiritual equity are transparently agreed.

• Reciprocal Benefit  – each collaboration supports scholarships, ecological restoration, and community access.

In every partnership, education becomes stewardship — and knowledge returns to the people it serves.

⸻

Academic Collaboration Opportunities

Whether through short-term engagement or long-term co-delivery, The Psychology of Being™ welcomes partnership grounded in reciprocity, respect, and shared purpose.

Option A — Visiting Lectures & Research Collaboration

Invite Esther Walker and the CALLM Trustees to contribute as visiting lecturers, keynote speakers, or co-researchers.

This suits institutions seeking to enrich existing degrees or research centres with modules, guest lectures, or collaborative inquiry into themes such as:

• Conscious Leadership & Systems Thinking

• Unity-Based Education and Organisational Transformation

• Psychology, Ecology & the Ethics of Wholeness

• The 144 Codex™ and applied models of Coherence and Stewardship

Ideal for universities exploring integration or co-authored research without altering their current curriculum.

⸻

Option B — Host the Full Curriculum as a Partner Faculty

For institutions ready to deliver the 13-Module Psychology of Being™ Curriculum as a stand-alone or co-branded programme.

The Sacred Commons Model enables you to:

• Host Esther Walker and the CALLM Trustees as joint-faculty members

• Train internal educators in the methodology

• Access shared research resources

• Deliver the programme under a co-authored governance agreement ensuring academic and ethical integrity

Ideal for institutions ready to become a teaching or research centre for Conscious Leadership, Human Flourishing, and The Psychology of Being™.

⸻

An Invitation to Collaborate

Both routes honour the same covenant: education as stewardship, knowledge as a living commons, partnership as a vehicle for collective evolution.

To explore collaboration, please contact Esther Walker to arrange an introductory dialogue and review the Sacred Commons framework.

Partnership Pathways & Research Collaboration

The Psychology of Being™ is designed not only as a teaching framework but as a living field of research and applied transformation.

Through the Sacred Commons Model, its companion frameworks — Environmental Integrity, Economic Equity, and Planetary Stewardship — can be shared, studied, and applied in multiple ways.

These frameworks invite collaboration across academia, governance, and community:

they may be taught as curriculum, explored as research, or piloted in real-world reform projects.

Each route honours the same principle — education as stewardship, not ownership.

Integration and Participation in Research

The frameworks of Environmental Integrity, Economic Equity, and Planetary Stewardship are designed to be living systems — adaptable, collaborative, and open to co-creation.

They may therefore be engaged through two complementary routes:

1️⃣ Integration as Applied Research Streams

Universities and research institutes may embed these frameworks within their existing academic structures — as thematic streams or research clusters exploring conscious leadership, environmental ethics, or systemic reform.

In this pathway, the frameworks become part of a university’s ongoing inquiry into how coherence and stewardship can inform modern governance, economics, and sustainability.

2️⃣ Participation as Applied Research Programmes

Alternatively, institutions may join The Sacred Commons and CALLM Trustees as collaborators in active pilots and fieldwork.

Here, the frameworks are applied directly within councils, corporations, and communities — supported by academic research partners who evaluate and document outcomes.

This pathway bridges theory and practice, enabling universities to contribute to living laboratories of systemic change.

Both options are designed for openness and reciprocity: integration deepens academic understanding, while participation demonstrates real-world transformation.

Each reinforces the other — ensuring the wisdom remains both grounded in scholarship and alive in service.

Partnership becomes stewardship when education serves life.

closing reflection

Wholeness cannot be taught through hierarchy.

It can only be remembered through relationship.

The Fellowship and Sacred Commons pathways ensure that The Psychology of Being™ remains exactly what it was born to be:

a living, evolving body of wisdom shared freely, taught ethically, and held in trust for generations to come.
