rise AN EDUCATION FOR FEMALE LEADERS

FEMALE LEADERSHIP ASCENSION

RISE Is a 12 week educational programme for Women in senior leadership positions who despite being successful in their careers,  feel limited in their purpose, power, potential and prosperity because they are a woman. 


I work with female leaders to readdress the imbalance within leadership, for the feminine has interwoven into a manmade concept. Feminine attributes of power must return to the boardroom.


I work with women:


  • Who feel the pain, the dis-ease, the stress, struggle and striving for success that comes from working out of energetic alignment. Of 'doing it all' rather than ‘having it all‘ and doing it in a man’s way. 
  • Who feel like they are accepting the unacceptable but don't know how to stop it. 
  • Who are out of balance with their own feminine strengths and ways of relating with the feminine attributes of care, kindness, compassion, not control.  
  • Who can see and feel the dis-ease and the pain this out of balance leadership approach to success is creating. 
  • Who feel different and can see that a different way is needed for business certainty, sustainability and success.
  • Who  want to excel and remove the limitations to success personally and professionally. 


The programme is split into two pathways.

PATHWAY 1 - rise dynamics

For women who work with me there are 4 dynamics that enable her to come into congruency with her Self, which must be worked upon as a prerequisite to further Considerations for Change.

The Super S Process -  4 forces of transformation to expand and evolve you to set a foundation for lasting change. 


These feminine super factors provide the foundation to support female leaders to lead in alignment with the feminine consciousness for change, with their own power, purpose and potential. They are in fact a dimensional change to a new way of business success, one based on unity of all people, beyond the realms of equality. 


This stage is the starting point to her unlimited pathways of potentiality and purposeful leadership.

PATHWAY 2 - rise considerations for change

WALK THIS WAY TO UNLIMITED PATHWAYS OF POTENTIAL

There are 4 STEPS TO SUCCESS that educate the new role of women in leadership and education through reviewing the historical context of women's  leadership and the nature of relinquishing her primal power.  


These steps provide the illumination and the enlightenment that must be understood to initiate sustainable change at the core of female leadership.

step 1

THE FEMALE FOUNDATION

How to lay a strong foundation from which to function in balance, with the self, with your true identity is to be examined. 


We examine and consider how do the feminine scales find balance through exploring what is out of balance and why. 

We  review how you currently achieve success.  

The 5 Facets of the Self are considered 


This stage eliminates and eradicates what does not serve you by focusing on what needs to be, (not on what isn't working) 


This 1st step is about coming into unity with the self, where there is a natural organic generic change. 


The outcome creates a balanced foundation of how to work in balance with your own system and energy, you have your own support and solidarity. 

step 2

THE FEMALE trade off

In your consideration you are now awakened to a higher consciousness through eliminating, it asks the question acceptable or unacceptable?  


You have gone through the historical context and considered it, you have understood balance and now in this section you are able to have an awakening in consciousness to what is acceptable and what is not. It allows you to identify,  this is the stage where you have to feel to heal and truly understand and discover.  We also explore and examine why has the unacceptable been accepted? 



The feminine trade offs will be explored and considered. What is the familiar that has been unidentified, unexplored where no action has been taken through the elimination of actualisation?  Why we are all so unconscious and nothing changes will be examined.  This is a wake up to what is actually happening.


The Considerations for Change goes deeper to consider the core cause and changing that at a conscious level. Looking beyond the unconscious bias on a feminine level, allowing the root cause to come to light, to have clarity, cause and effect and to not accept the unacceptable.


You are asked to define your own standards, core ethics and values not to be a lip service but to be integrated and conscious within everything you do. We examine self accountability, in the way you work, your actions, your thinking, your relating and your responsibility. 


 The outcome of this module is to to identify what is acceptable and what is not, what needs to stop and what needs to start to get very clear on that. There is a requirement to dig deep.   

step 3

complete clearance

  Here we examine and explore what is the creation of the pain and fear. The cause and the effect of the core is explored.

The creation of the core still lies in a belief, a concept of gender roles. Until it is understood that feminine energy is not gendered in a role - it is yin energy and we are all genderless energetic beings, an unseen unconscious role, then the role play of man and woman is still playing out in the same way.


The core cause of the role play is control, which creates the effect the fear, the pain, through the loss of self.


The feminine has learnt to control.  


We examine the control that you are in and the control that you are. We examine the attributes of relating with control. You become conscious to your own root cause, into the light must be the dos and don'ts of a behavioural pattern that is based on fear control and loss.  


The outcome of this module is to identify your new beginnings, it is about your own enlightenment, an innate knowing, a vision, sight, insight and gaining clarity upon the attributes you need to stop and what you need to start.  

step 4

SPOTLIGHT UPON SUCCESS

To create change that paves the way for the return of feminine leadership that moves you from pain into purpose, that gives you everything you need to play a different board game, one of care, compassion, understanding, kindness that provides opportunities for all, means a new way must be learnt that does not control people in order to create profit. Instead it promotes the potential of all people where profit is a natural outcome. 


The potential is the purpose within the person, this can only be identified through considering and redefining success though the identification of your own Why. When success is redefined by you and is about your depth of meaning and purpose which is the priority and importance of your leadership appointment, you eradicate the limitations of fear, the limitations of self.  


To redefine success the why is a consideration, no longer just about prestige and achievement, material and financial wealth but success that will have depth of meaning and purpose. This module places the spotlight on you the leader. You must define this for yourself.


You must look at your own personality, persona, and be ready to admit fear based feelings of inadequacy, denial, incompetence based on a structure that strips self identity.  

You must be prepared to surrender the fear that is in the self, for if there is fear success is never fulfilled.  


The outcome of this module is your WHY.  It is the foundation to change. 

A CYCLE COMPLETES BUT THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHEr new beginning


The cycle is complete for RISE, but there is always a new beginning for the pathways of possibility are unlimited, as you are. 


SPOTLIGHT is for those that wish to move beyond the rising of RISE.


The Footprint Leadership Retreat is for those that feel a calling to go into the depths of their WHY, that innately know they are here to leave a footprint for others to follow - your leadership legacy.
