Why I Created RISE™
RISE was not born from anger, resentment, or a desire to overturn the masculine.
It was born from clarity — from witnessing imbalance in leadership systems that harmed both women and men.
I have worked in high-performance corporate environments.
I have watched extraordinary men collapse under the pressure to perform strength while suppressing humanity.
I have watched brilliant women fracture themselves to succeed in systems that were not built for them.
I have felt, in myself, the split between who I was and who I was expected to be.
My work did not arise from a wound.
It arose from wakefulness — from seeing the true cost of imbalance and understanding that leadership cannot heal until the feminine intelligence is restored.
RISE is not the rise of women over men.
It is the rise of balance for everyone.
