A NEW LAW SYSTEM FOR LEADERSHIP AND WHOLENESS

The 144 Codex™ is the spiral architecture that gives structure to this new psychology. It translates twelve universal laws into one integrated, cross-context model — a holographic system that restores coherence between people, purpose, and planet.

Where traditional models such as Maslow’s hierarchy or behavioural mechanics are linear, the Codex is circular and spiral, reflecting natural law and the living intelligence of evolution.


Four Levels of Operation


The Codex  operates simultaneously at four levels:

  • Individual – personal alignment and self-mastery.
  • Team – relational integrity and collective trust.
  • Organisation – systemic coherence and ethical culture.
  • Society – leadership as stewardship of life itself.


The pattern of the small is the pattern of the whole.

Each return to the spiral deepens wisdom, clarity, and resilience.


This body of work carries both lived and universal pattern recognition. 

It is footprint and future — a system for leaders today and a legacy for generations to come. 

the ARCHITECTURE OF THE CODEX

The Codex is built from 12 Laws of the Art of Being, each expressed through 12 Codices, forming a spiral of 144 principles. 


Together, they map the journey of returning to wholeness: 


from self-identity, 

through relational balance, 

into systemic coherence, 

and ultimately into unity consciousness.


Where other models separate leadership from being, the Codex unites them. It teaches that:



  • We are nature — our psychology cannot be understood apart from Earth’s living systems.


  • We are energy — leadership leaves both material and energetic footprints, shaping culture and society.


  • We are whole — fragmentation breeds dysfunction, while coherence restores health, creativity, and sustainability.



This integration is new. While indigenous wisdom, ecological science, and spiritual traditions have long carried fragments of this truth, the Codex crystallises them into a usable, teachable framework for leaders, organisations, and communities.

the living currents that shape consciousness

At the foundation of the Codex flow three interdependent currents — Wholeness, Coherence, and Resonance — forming the living geometry known as The Codex Triangle.


Wholeness – The Return

The integrating current. 

Wholeness gathers of all parts into truthful presence - the remembering of what was never lost. In leadership, Wholeness is showing up as an undivided self — where purpose, action, and being flow as one continuum.


Coherence – The Alignment

The organising current.
Coherence is the rhythm that sustains Wholeness - the frequency of truth moving
through every decision, communication, and relationship.

It is what allows energy and information to flow freely across a system so that clarity replaces control and integrity replaces effort. 


Resonance – The Transmission

The radiating current.

Resonance is the field of influence that emerges from coherence. 

It is not persuasion; it is presence.— the natural transmission of integrity that awakens alignment in others.

This is leadership as frequency 


When these three currents converge, they generate the Fourth Light — Consciousness.

This is Conscious Leadership: where ethics, intelligence, and compassion operate as one living field.

 The Fourth Light is the moment when inner transformation becomes outer impact —

when personal coherence becomes collective change.


It is the point at which The Psychology of Being™ moves from self-awareness to service,

from personal healing to systemic stewardship,

from “I” to “We”.


In this light, the leader becomes a field:

their presence ripples into culture, teams, governance, and society itself.


The Fourth Light is the expression of the Codex in motion —

the birth of leadership that restores unity wherever it walks.


… and it is here that the work finds its true home in the very realm I care most deeply about: leadership.  

This is my footprint - the mark of my life's work,  the expression of my Codex, my light.  

It offers a way to lead with wisdom and unity, to dissolve division, and to return to wholeness.
