  • Two-Part Series (2 × 90 mins) – £2,000  Compact journey across two linked modules.



Tier 2 – Core (Immersive Growth)

For leadership teams ready to go deeper into applied change.

  • Half-Day Workshop (4 hrs, online or in person) – £2,500–£3,000  Interactive exploration with applied practice.
  • Full-Day Experience (6–7 hrs, in person only) – £3,500–£4,500  Immersive leadership journey across multiple Codex modules.
  • Three-Part Series (3 × 3 hrs over 3 weeks) – £4,500–£6,000  Structured development with time to embed and return.



Tier 3 – Flagship (Transformational Programmes)

For organisations seeking long-term cultural renewal and deep leadership development.

  • Monthly Leadership Programme – from £2,000 per month (minimum 6-month commitment)  Delivered as a retainer, this programme combines tailored Codex modules with monthly workshops, integration sessions, and advisory support. Designed to embed lasting change, not just inspire for a day.
  • Board Immersions (2–3 day intensive) – £8,000–£12,000  Strategic reset for executive teams. Bespoke design, facilitation, and integration planning.
  • Residential Retreats (weekend or week-long) – POA  Immersive off-site experiences at Springfield Sanctuary and selected venues.

  • Tier 3 (Flagship)  Full integration and advisory support is already built into the monthly retainer — no additional cost.
