There are 2 levels to the Art of Being in Business change strategy that are available to you. We start with a foundational exploratory 121 consultancy 5 Step process - The Conscious CEO that will enable you to feel better,  to feel a sense of wholeness.

Wholeness comes through a change in conscious. Consciousness means awareness. Consciousness can only change and awareness can only take place when you are prepared to explore, to consider, to identify, to actualise, to come home to personal and professional considerations. 

Many workplace cultures do not identify emotions and the individuality of a person and therefore the sense of being is completely diminished and this leads to neglect of personal identification and personality, it leads to a false corporate persona. Where the potential is not acknowledged it is depleted  that creates pain and has an effect on productivity and equally profit. 

 You have to look within to go beyond the pain to purpose, to take time to really consider your self. Not rush to do, not rush to be, not rush to understand when one doesn’t understand through not thinking and not feeling,  but in time, space, stillness and silence so that you can think from the gut, the intuition, for insight is not immediately from the mind and nor can this insight be externally sought. For it is only when you hold your own understanding, your own terms and conditions, boundaries, concepts, that you can emerge in the new.  Agreeing to this approach is a requirement to work with me.
