The First Half of the Wheel — The 4 R’s

The Micro: Restoring the Leader's Inner Architecture. 


The 4 R's address the internal conditions that must be in place for any meaningful  external change to occur. They create the leadership structure necessary for systemic organisational transformation.

How the leaders connects — the quality of presence, communication, and emotional intelligence.
