This is a deeply transformational programme for leaders who are ready and desire to consolidate a complete change of consciousness, to create from a different perspective and from a place that serves all people.
This programme is the deep consolidation of everything that has been considered, that you will have already worked with me through one of my 121 Leadership Change Consultancy & Education services. This change process connects you deeper to your own inner intelligence force that you have already considered and in the consideration process have started to release the layers of limitation that have blocked access to your inner, natural innate intelligence force.
Your inner intelligence force will create change when there is a will to consolidate, to connect, to reconnect with the innate knowing, wisdom, intelligence and information within. when you consolidate change at this level you create in alignment with your unlimited potential. You become the unlimited creator.
This is for those that feel a deep desire, a deep need, or a calling to consolidate complete change. The spotlight enlightens and evolves you, it unleashes the energetic blueprint within that holds the encoded DNA for your own success. It will bring forth change on every level, this is growth personally, professionally, spiritually, mindfully, emotionally, and financially.
This programme does not diverse on to the external in any situation. That light is always on the individual, only. You are making a commitment to strip back years of separation from your self, you are releasing systems that conformed, governed, controlled and created dysfunction and dis-ease. You are allowing those characteristics that have been conceptualised without consciousness to dissolve, to die, for they are not needed, so that the essence of your power can rise. it is an honourable journey for you are taking ownership, acknowledgement and responsibility of the self.
This is the consolidation of conscious living & leadership at its most advanced. It is not a change process to take lightly and there is an application process to ensure you are ready to commit to the journey. It is however, a journey to joy, and once embarked upon you will not look back.
spotlight complete change process
There are 4 major directional pathways to Spotlight each with 3 movement steps.
The journey has 2 routes an outer and inner journey.
We work upon 2 pathways and 6 steps per quarter.
In our 121 sessions which can be face to face or remote, I will teach you the wisdom and guidance of each pathway. The pathway presented and the direction you take will be unique to you.
Through relaxing guided visualisations/meditations you will integrate the teachings. We will discuss how these teachings relate to your life and your leadership and how you can implement the wisdom to create change. I will guide you through what comes up for you and support you through the change that presents.
To truly understand a new dynamic in life and leadership you must walk the wheel until it is complete. Each direction teaches many lessons that apply to your life and leadership and each will assist your forward movement. The quality of the new cycle depends on you, your actions and attitudes, towards your own growth and evolution on every level.
To offer a degree of flexibility and flow to your investment, you can opt for a pathway approach working for 1 quarter and then take a pause, before commencing with your next pathway when you are ready to do so or you may feel complete. It is your journey.

TO START THE JOURNEY THERE IS AN ONBOARDING SESSION so I can set the direction at an investment of £500. This is deducted from your first quarter if you proceed.

Therapy, coaching or counselling is secondary to the power and the wisdom within the Self.
Any crisis or unexpected change is not as it seems.
I help you to find serenity within your Self regardless of whether you have a spiritual practice or what you are going through.
Working intuitively I place the Spotlight upon the point of pain or issue of concern and help you to get crystal clear on how to navigate your way out of the pain.
You will be provided with wisdom that will create a deeper understanding of your experiences, bringing awareness, clarity of meaning and the opportunity to consider and consolidate the teachings bespoke to you, which will always be for your highest good.
